Mr. Ali Riaz Malik is one of the important personnel for this restoration. Furthermore, the chief minister thanked Mr. Malik Riaz for his complete support and his efforts to do welfare activities for the people. This children’s hospital was built in the year 1995. Since then, it is known as the huge public hospital that has been serving the people of Lahore for a long period. However, recently the infrastructure of the building was greatly damaged due to which the restoration task was done.
When this situation came into notice of Chairman Mr. Malik Riaz, he immediately took the initiative and started all the restoration work. Moreover, this renovation task was started in the emergency ward.
An excellent plan was made to complete the work successfully, and at the same time, it did not affect the hospital’s daily work. The work was efficiently completed and was handed over correctly on the due date.
The restoration work for the children’s hospital is still in progress as there is a total of 400 beds in the emergency ward, and only one section consisting of 40 beds were restored. This restored ward is excellently restored. The ward is air-conditioned, and innovative facilities are placed. All the restored things are of superior quality from the floor to the ceiling; everything is improved. This restoration also takes into account the patient’s privacy due to which curtains are fixed for each ward. The patient bed is advanced as it comes with the automatic patient monitoring feature. On the wall of each ward, a specialized sanity glove dispenser is fixed. In the emergency section of the hospital, now there are four restrooms available.
The Bahria town management assures that if the management well maintains the children’s hospital, then further restoration work will take place.
After the construction of Abbasi Shaheed Hospital within two months in 2018, this restoration of children’s hospital is yet another milestone for the Bahria Town.
